After the recent Fertilization on 7/22/11, there appears to have been some tip burn. This is due to the amount of fertilizer applied and recent high temperatures. With regular watering and mowing, the effected area will fully recover. If any area does not recover to our mutual satisfaction, we will stand by our product and replace the effected turf. We believe the turf will recover in the next 2 weeks, after which, we will evaluate and do whatever necessary. Thank you for your patience.
